NorthLakes Community Clinic

NorthLakes Community Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with multiple locations across Wisconsin, including Ashland, Eau Claire, Hayward, Hurley, Iron River, Marinette, Rice Lake, and other communities. The clinic provides integrated, community-based care focused on whole-person health. Services include addiction and recovery treatment, mental health counseling, substance use disorder counseling, medication-assisted treatment, psychiatry, family medicine, dental care, chiropractic, physical therapy, nutrition and diabetes care, pediatric therapies, and vision services. The clinic accepts Medicaid and offers a sliding fee scale for patients. Virtual visits are available for some services.
