Northern Nevada HOPES (HOPES) is a federally qualified health center serving Northern Nevada since 1997. The organization provides comprehensive health and behavioral health services to individuals with fewer resources and choices. Services include primary care, pediatrics, sexual health, LGBTQ+ health, HIV care, behavioral health, imaging, and labs. HOPES operates specialized programs including a Medication Assisted Treatment program, an Intensive Outpatient Program for substance use treatment, a Maternal Health Program, a Mental Health Access Clinic, a Behavioral Health Access Clinic, and Hope Springs residential program. The organization also offers case management, resource navigation, support groups, nutrition and wellness services, and transportation assistance.

Group therapy
Group Therapy. A small facilitated circle where people working on similar struggles practice naming what is hard, hearing themselves in others, and learning skills together. The room is the medicine.
