The organization operates programs in the Bemidji and Grand Rapids areas and offers comprehensive services including outpatient mental health services for children, families, and individuals; substance use disorder assessment and treatment for adolescents and adults with co-occurring disorders; trauma-informed services for survivors of human trafficking and exploitation up to age 24; school-based services in collaboration with school districts; residential programs providing round-the-clock care; foster care and adoption services; and adult services including counseling, support groups, and life skills development.
