Valdosta VA Clinic provides a broad range of services for eligible Veterans, located at 348 Enterprise Drive, Suite B, Valdosta, GA 31601-5169. Services include Primary Care with preventive and patient-centered approaches, specialty care including Women's Clinic, Laboratory and Vaccinations, Wound Care, Mental Health Care (individual, group, couples), Nutrition and Weight Management, Pain Psychology, Social Work, Substance Abuse and Tobacco Cessation, and Telehealth Services. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Team assists Veterans overcome addiction and mental illness through psychotherapy, education, support, and medication-assisted treatment, including treatment for co-occurring substance use disorder and PTSD. Services are offered with or without an appointment for substance use care, and the clinic provides four levels of substance use disorder programs: Ambulatory Detox, Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient, and Residential Rehab. The VA Intimate Partner Violence Assistance Program provides services and resources to Veterans, caregivers, and families.
