Niles Community Health Center

Cass Family Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving Cass County and southeastern Berrien County, Michigan since 1964. The clinic provides primary care, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, dental services, pharmacy services, and healthcare enrollment assistance. They operate three locations in Cassopolis and Niles and serve approximately 14,000 patients annually. The clinic serves individuals who are uninsured, underinsured, and those covered by Medicare, Michigan Medicaid, and most commercial insurance plans. On-site pharmacy services with extended hours and drive-through options are available at all brick-and-mortar locations. Community Health Workers are available to assist with healthcare enrollment in Michigan Medicaid Healthcare Plans and the Sliding Fee Discount Program.
