Nicasa Behavioral Health Services has helped people address gambling behaviour since 2002, through awareness, outreach and treatment across Lake County, Illinois. Its gambling counsellors represent three of only eleven internationally certified gambling counsellors in the state, and the team contributed to the development of the Gamble Responsibly America app.

Support is offered at any stage, whatever your insurance status or financial situation. Alongside counselling, that includes access to a certified financial counsellor who specialises in gambling-related finances, blocking software to restrict online gambling on your own devices, and web-based skill building available during sessions and on demand. Services are provided in English and Spanish.
