The Next Door Recovery is a faith-based treatment program serving women struggling with addiction, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health disorders. Founded in 2004, the organization has served over 17,000 women. They offer medically monitored detox, residential inpatient treatment, outpatient services, and a 9-month re-entry program. The 28-day residential program addresses underlying issues of mind, body, and spirit associated with substance use, co-occurring mental illness, and trauma. Outpatient services provide intensive daytime treatment with opportunities to practice recovery in everyday life, including counseling, peer support, and medication management. The re-entry center in Chattanooga serves women on probation and parole at no cost. The Next Door accepts pregnant women up to 38 weeks gestation across all levels of care. Services are located in Nashville and Chattanooga.
