The New Life Center is an outpatient treatment provider serving Allendale, Hampton, and Jasper Counties in South Carolina. The organization develops and manages a three-county system of outpatient services to prevent and reduce the negative health, social, and economic consequences resulting from addiction and co-dependency. Services include individual, family, and group counseling for persons with alcohol or other drug addiction or abuse; the Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Program (ADSAP) for individuals convicted of DUI; youth and adolescent services for ages 13-17 demonstrating substance use or high-risk behavior; and prevention education for the public on addiction, drug abuse, tobacco abuse, alcohol abuse, fetal alcohol syndrome, and stress management. The center is dedicated to trauma-informed care principles including safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration, and empowerment.
