New Hope Detox is a medical detoxification program located at Jackson Medical Center in Jackson, Alabama. The program offers 5-7 day inpatient medical detox services in a safe, secure facility with 24-hour nursing staff. New Hope Detox serves individuals struggling with addiction and alcoholism who require medical detoxification. The program provides three meals daily plus snacks, and offers transportation assistance up to five hours away. Treatment includes 12-step facilitation based on the Alcoholics Anonymous model, one-on-one counseling sessions, group sessions, step work, and daily activities designed to encourage positive thinking and brain stimulation. Staff provide goal setting and future planning guidance, and each patient is encouraged to continue into further treatment with staff assistance in identifying appropriate options that match individual needs.
