Services incorporate a variety of alternative therapies and holistic practices focused on mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. The center provides 24/7 medical supervision for detox, full daily programming during residential treatment, and flexible outpatient options. The Nestled also operates Heroes Heart, a dedicated program for veterans, first responders, and active duty military. An alumni community called Sparrows Community provides ongoing peer-led support, monthly yoga classes, social events, and lifelong recovery support.
