I've been an addiction therapist for over a decade. I started working with client's who struggled with substance abuse, then moved to behavioral/process addictions, and for the last five years I have been specializing in digital addictions (i.e. gambling, video games, pornography, information/ entertainment,. etc.) I am working on completing the international certification in gambling treatment and have a passion for helping those struggling with gambling disorder.

What a first session looks like
Virtual & In-PersonDuring the first session, I will be gathering a history of your life, gambling, and learning about other protective and risk factors. I tend to pay special attention to ways gambling and other habits are attempts to meet various psychological needs in order to start a frame work for healthy and satisfying replacement activities to work towards.
Best fit if
Due to my expertise in digital addictions, I tend to be best at helping those who struggle with online forms of gambling or other digital addictions. I also enjoy supporting family members of those who struggle with a loved ones addiction.
