Nags Head Treatment Center LLC

Nags Head Treatment Center is an outpatient drug rehab program located in Nags Head, NC that specializes in treating adults struggling with opioid and heroin addiction. The center provides methadone and buprenorphine medication-assisted treatment, along with individual therapy, group therapy, family counseling, and case management. The treatment center employs certified substance abuse counselors, licensed nurses, and an ASAM-certified physician. Their holistic approach includes comprehensive services such as drug evaluations, assessments, drug education, urine drug screens, hepatitis and TB testing, and referrals to community services. Appointments are not required for admission, and the intake process includes an intake interview, laboratory testing, an assessment with a counselor, and a physical exam with the Medical Director.
