NACC/Red Lake Tribal Health

Native American Community Clinic (NACC) is a community health center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, dedicated to promoting health and wellness of mind, body, and spirit in Native American families. Located at 1213 E. Franklin Avenue, NACC provides comprehensive services including behavioral health, dental care, medical care, social services, spiritual care, tribal health, maternal health, and outreach services. The clinic values health and tradition, provides high quality care regardless of ability to pay, and operates with an open-door philosophy welcoming all community members. NACC is a FTCA deemed community health center and currently operates with multiple service locations, with plans to expand to a new integrated clinic and housing complex opening in September 2026.
