Great to meet you

Muscogee Nation Department of Health is one of the largest and most comprehensive tribal health systems in Oklahoma, serving individuals across an 11-county reservation area covering more than 4,811 square miles of eastern Oklahoma. The system operates multiple Health Centers throughout the reservation providing primary, preventive, dental, behavioral, and specialty healthcare services, along with community education, screenings, and outreach. MCN Health also manages full-service community hospitals offering acute care, emergency services, inpatient treatment, and diagnostic support. The health system was established in 1977 and operates under an Indian Self-Determination compact with the Indian Health Service, allowing greater flexibility in providing healthcare services to tribal populations in both rural and urban communities.
