Multicultural Wellness Center is a behavioral health and addictions clinic located in Worcester, Massachusetts, founded in 2005 by Dr. Debra Maddox. The clinic provides mental health services to diverse communities and those historically underserved and underrepresented in the mental health field. They offer services for adults, youth, and communities, including addiction and gambling treatment, dual diagnosis assessment, treatment planning, adolescent addictions treatment, family advocacy, and crisis intervention. The clinic provides both in-person and online telehealth sessions via mobile phone, tablet, or computer. They work with a nationwide team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychotherapists and accept Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance, with a sliding fee schedule available.
