Mount Rogers Community Services Board

Mount Rogers Community Services provides mental and behavioral health, developmental disability, and substance use disorder services to the counties of Bland, Carroll, Grayson, Smyth, and Wythe, and the city of Galax in Southwest Virginia. Founded in 1972, the organization operates a variety of programs including crisis management, counseling and psychiatry, prevention and wellness, case management, community-based services, and residential services. All services utilize person-centered planning and embrace concepts of self-determination, empowerment, and recovery as core principles in supporting individuals to achieve their highest level of participation in work, relationships, and community life. The organization also operates Industrial and Developmental Centers providing employment and growth opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
