Community Healthlink is the designated Community Behavioral Health Center for the Worcester County North and Central regions. Since 1977, the organization has been helping more than 22,000 adults, children, and families annually address mental health, substance use, and homelessness. It is affiliated with UMass Memorial Health, the largest not-for-profit health care system in Central Massachusetts, and serves as a clinical partner of the UMass Chan Medical School. Community Healthlink provides 24-hour confidential care through three access points: phone (508-860-1000), online, and in-person at walk-in sites in Worcester and Leominster. The organization offers programs including Counseling, Children & Family services, Addiction & Recovery, and Community & Residential services. A 24/7 substance use disorder recovery program called Transitional Support Services (TSS) is available, along with the Homeless Outreach and Advocacy Program (HOAP), Motivating Youth Recovery (MYR), and Family Stabilization Team services.
