Momentum Center LLC

The Momentum Center is an abstinence-based program in Saint Cloud, Minnesota that provides 24-hour, 7-day-a-week service and support. The program operates from a twelve-unit apartment complex where three clients share each apartment. Clients participate in in-house groups, individual counseling sessions, and AA/NA meetings while working toward goals including relapse prevention, coping skills development, independent living skills, and employment. The center employs licensed alcohol and drug counselors and chemical dependency paraprofessionals who assist with treatment planning, discharge planning, job seeking, resume building, and securing sober housing. Services include random drug and alcohol testing to maintain accountability. The program accommodates varying employment schedules with morning and evening groups and accepts funding through State of Minnesota Insurance Plans and Medicaid.
