Milwaukee Health Services, Inc. is an independent, not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center serving Milwaukee residents since 1989. MHSI provides accessible, quality primary and related health care services with continuing emphasis on medically-underserved families and individuals. The organization offers medical, dental, podiatry, behavioral healthcare, and a limited number of specialty services. MHSI is committed to removing barriers and improving health outcomes to promote quality of life and reduce disparities among racial and ethnic communities. The center operates two locations: MLK Heritage Health Center at 2555 N. Dr. Martin L. King Jr. Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53212, and Isaac Coggs Heritage Health Center at 8200 W. Silver Spring Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53218. Sliding scale payment options are available for those with financial concerns.
