This provider offers comprehensive family and early intervention services across multiple programs. Services include the Rural Infant Services Program (RISP), which provides assessment, developmental therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and service coordination for children from birth to three years old with developmental delays or disabilities. Three Rivers Healthy Families offers prenatal interviews and referrals for parenting support services. The organization also provides Intensive In-Home Services, Intensive Outpatient Family Therapy Services, Intensive Care Coordination (ICC), Youth & Family Crisis Stabilization Services, Youth & Family Case Management, and Strategic Family Mentoring (SFM). Case management services are available for children and adolescents with Seriously Emotionally Disturbed (SED) diagnoses and defined serious mental illness, as well as at-risk children under age 7.
