This organization provides comprehensive family and early intervention services across multiple programs including Rural Infant Services Program (RISP), Three Rivers Healthy Families, Intensive In-Home Services, Intensive Outpatient Family Therapy Services, Intensive Care Coordination (ICC), Youth & Family Crisis Stabilization Services, and Youth & Family Case Management. What a first session looks like
Virtual & In-PersonFamilies interested in Three Rivers Healthy Families services are invited to participate in a prenatal interview, where staff highlight available community resources and discuss identified needs. Referrals for case management and intensive outpatient family therapy services may come from a county Family Assessment and Planning Team (FAPT), court services, current therapist, Department of Social Services, or psychiatric hospital.
