Mid-Plains Center for Behavioral Healthcare Services, Inc. is a non-profit organization headquartered in Grand Island, Nebraska, with locations in Grand Island, Kearney, and Lincoln. For more than 50 years, it has provided mental health and substance use services to Central Nebraska communities. The center offers crisis stabilization, outpatient therapy, community support, medication management including medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder, multi-systemic therapy, and telehealth services.
