My Health My Resources of Tarrant County (MHMR) is a community-based service provider and unit of local government that serves youth and adults with mental health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and substance use disorders. MHMR also provides services to babies and young children with developmental delays. The organization offers mental health services, substance use and addiction services, child and family services, early childhood intervention (ECI), intellectual and disability services, and specialized veteran services. MHMR uses a person-centered care approach and partners with community organizations to provide services. The organization is governed by a Board of Trustees appointed by Tarrant County Commissioners Court. Services are available to expecting families and families with children ages 0-5 through Help Me Grow North Texas, families with youth ages 6-17 through Help Me Thrive North Texas, and adults and young adults through the main line. MHMR operates in Tarrant County and provides crisis services and community-based collaborative care.
