Mental Health Center of North Central Alabama Inc is a community-based mental health provider serving North Central Alabama since 1967. The organization operates five locations across Morgan, Limestone, and Lawrence Counties in Alabama, with offices in Decatur, Athens, and Moulton. Services include counseling provided by master's-level counselors and social workers for individuals of all ages and families, psychiatric services from certified psychiatrists trained in mental health assessment and medical intervention, and wrap-around services including case management, transportation to outpatient clinics, residential programs, in-home treatment, and on-site services at local schools. All mental health services are supervised by licensed psychiatrists. The center offers both in-person and telehealth services.
