Mazzoni Center

Mazzoni Center is the primary comprehensive LGBTQ+ health and wellness center in Philadelphia, operating since 1979. The center provides quality comprehensive health and wellness services in an LGBTQ-focused environment while preserving the dignity and improving the quality of life of individuals served. Services include primary care, HIV care, Hepatitis C care, behavioral health services, and sexual health services including HIV testing, STI screening, PrEP Navigation, and health care linkage support. The behavioral health team integrates services into primary care to support the whole person, offering brief consultations with Behavioral Health Consultants, individual and group psychotherapy, and supportive services such as case management and housing assistance. The center also operates a youth drop-in clinic and provides care at multiple locations including Bainbridge and Washington West.
