Third Street Family Health Services is a nonprofit community health center located across eleven campuses in northcentral Ohio, including Ashland, Bucyrus, Mansfield, Marion, and Shelby. The organization is dedicated to improving total health and removing barriers to wellness for all patients regardless of ability to pay. They accept all forms of insurance. Third Street provides comprehensive services including behavioral health, case management, community health worker services, dental, family planning, medication-assisted treatment, OB/GYN, pediatric care, podiatry, primary care, psychiatry, and pharmacy services. They help patients address barriers such as mental illness, lack of transportation, and substance abuse.
