Long Island Consultation Center (LICC) is a community-based outpatient mental health and substance use treatment provider located on Long Island, New York. The center is dually licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS). LICC works with individuals who struggle with mental illness and/or substance use disorders, with specialized training in co-occurring disorders.
