Living Free Health and Fitness

Living Free Health & Fitness is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving Pahrump and rural communities. The organization is state-certified (SAPTA) to deliver intensive outpatient, outpatient, early intervention, and prevention services for both adults and adolescents. The practice was founded to help people in recovery stay sober through an approach that promotes positive change via cognitive and behavior modification, regular exercise, healthy eating, and planning to succeed. Their approach is founded on evidence-based clinical practices. The organization also offers transitional sober housing for men, women, and pregnant women with children, as well as a health and fitness program incorporating exercise and nutrition as essential components of addiction treatment and recovery.
