Link House is a non-profit organization founded in 1972 that provides mental health and addiction treatment services in the greater Newburyport, Massachusetts community. The organization operates five residential programs with 118 beds total serving men and women, plus two outpatient programs: the Center for Behavioral Health (CBH) for adults and the Children and Teen Center for Help (CATCH) for children ages 5-18. The Link House program in Newburyport is their original highly structured intensive residential treatment. Progress House in Amesbury is a longer-term residential housing stability program for men. The Maris Center for Women in Salisbury provides a safe, supportive housing stability program for women. Women's Independent Sober Housing (WISH) in Newburyport offers independent sober housing for women sustaining long-term recovery. Link House addresses behavioral health challenges underlying substance use disorders at every stage of recovery and provides wraparound services to help clients build healthy, productive, and meaningful lives. The organization has served more than 6,500 individuals over its history.
