The Life Change Center is a nonprofit organization providing evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders in Northern Nevada. Located in Reno, Sparks, and Carson City, the center has served individuals and families for more than 30 years. They offer comprehensive addiction recovery services including medication-assisted treatment with methadone or buprenorphine, psychiatry and behavioral health therapy, peer recovery support with certified specialists, family programs, and opioid treatment induction support (OTIS). Their programs address the physical, emotional, and social aspects of addiction through personalized treatment plans.

Intakes are scheduled at multiple locations: Reno on Mondays and Wednesdays starting at 6 AM, and Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 4:30 PM; Sparks on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 6 AM; Carson City on Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting at 6 AM. Contact (775) 499-5534 or [email protected].
