Leo A Hoffmann Center

Leo A. Hoffmann Center is a residential and outpatient mental health treatment provider located in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, serving adolescent males. Founded in 1979 as a program for juvenile delinquents, the organization evolved in 1983 to specialize in treatment of adolescents with problematic sexual behavior. In 2019, it expanded to become a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) with 40 beds, now serving adolescents with complex mental health issues. The organization operates two residential cottages (Evergreen and North Cottages), each with 16 single bedrooms, providing safe environments with security monitoring. Outpatient services are available through St. Peter Counseling Center, which offers sexual behavior assessments, group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy.
