Legacy Human Services, Inc. is a non-profit provider of Mental Health, Substance Use Disorder, and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) Residential Services for adults in Vance, Granville, Warren, and Franklin Counties in North Carolina. The organization was formed in 2021 from a merger of Alliance Rehabilitative Care, Inc. and D.D. Residential Services, Inc., and has been serving these counties for 50 years combined. They operate eight modern residential group homes and offer an individualized, person-centered program emphasizing skill building, choice, community involvement, and independence. Services include an ACT Team, ADP Center, substance abuse programs, and residential facilities for adults with various support needs. The organization is accredited by CARF and all homes are licensed by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
