LCR Southern Dutchess Clinic

Lexington Center for Recovery (LCR) is the largest provider of alcoholism and substance abuse treatment in the Hudson Valley. Established in 1982, the organization is in its fourth decade of providing community-based substance use treatment services. LCR has served more than 50,000 people and operates 15 distinct programs across Dutchess, Rockland, Sullivan, and Westchester Counties in New York. The organization offers outpatient treatment centers throughout the region, including specialized programs for opioid treatment, adolescents and young adults, gambling treatment, and women and children. LCR also operates community residences in select counties. The agency's goal is to offer a program of recovery that respects the dignity and individuality of each person affected by substance use disorder.
