Lasting Hope Recovery Center

CommonSpirit Health Midwest Division is a regional nonprofit Catholic health system comprising 26 hospitals, 171 clinic locations, and two free-standing behavioral health facilities across Southwest Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, and North Dakota. The organization was created in February 2019 through the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives and Dignity Health. It serves more than one million patients annually and maintains a mission to improve health for vulnerable and underserved populations while advancing social justice. The Midwest Division operates with approximately 12,500 employees and 4,122 employed physicians and advanced practice clinicians. In 2022, the organization invested over 265 million dollars in community benefit.
