Lake Ave Recovery is an addiction treatment facility located in Worcester, Massachusetts, near Lake Quinsigamond. Founded by Jack Maroney, Dr. James DiReda, Michael Hurley, and Shaun Wallace—all Worcester natives in long-term recovery—the facility provides personalized, evidence-based care for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The facility offers High-Intensity Outpatient Treatment, Intensive Outpatient Treatment, and standard Outpatient Rehab levels of care.
