La Frontera Center, Inc. is a multi-site treatment provider located in Tucson, Arizona, offering residential and inpatient programs for adults with substance use and mental health needs. The organization operates multiple treatment facilities including Casa de Vida for adult substance use, Menninger House and Thornydale Ranch for adult mental health, a Psychiatric Health Facility for adult mental health hospitalization, Milagro for combined adult mental health and substance use, Mountain Rose for adult mental health, and Magnotto House serving homeless adults. Services include residential treatment, psychiatric hospitalization, intensive outpatient programming, individual group and family counseling, medication-assisted treatment with methadone or suboxone, medication management for mental health, assessment and service planning, case management, employment services, health promotion, homeless outreach and support, lab testing, peer and family support, pharmacy services, primary care, psychological testing, transportation, veteran services, and housing support.
