EMPACT – Suicide Prevention Center offers comprehensive crisis and community behavioral health services to children, adults and families in Maricopa and Pinal counties. The organization provides services across multiple office locations including Tempe, Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Apache Junction, San Tan Valley, and Maricopa. Language services including interpretation and translation are provided at no cost to members with limited English proficiency. The practice serves all patients regardless of ability to pay and offers a discounted/sliding fee schedule based on family size and income. Services include adult programs, child and family programs, crisis services, suicide prevention and postvention, trauma healing services, and transitional living facilities.
