Kings View Porterville Wellness Center

Kings View provides compassionate behavioral health services to underserved communities, aiming to improve the emotional, social, and behavioral well-being of individuals. They treat mental and emotional disorders and substance use disorders through various interventions. These interventions include counseling, therapy, medication, and support groups. Kings View offers programs for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term recovery. They integrate with physical healthcare and utilize technologies like telehealth to expand access to care. Services include drug and alcohol treatment, a day facility providing activity and work experience for adults with intellectual disabilities, behavioral health programs, wellness centers, and outpatient programs for children and adults. They also provide homeless outreach and rural and metro programs that work with law enforcement. Kings View's TelePsychiatry program has provided services to rural areas since 1997.
