Keystone Drug and Alcohol

Keystone Drug & Alcohol is a treatment provider that specializes in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid and alcohol use disorders, as well as addiction related to amphetamines, cocaine/crack, and benzodiazepines. The program combines evidence-based medications including Suboxone, Vivitrol, Buprenorphine, Sublocade, and Brixodi with compassionate care to help patients safely manage withdrawal and cravings. In addition to MAT, the provider offers outpatient substance use counseling (individual and group), an intensive outpatient program with group therapy, anger management, PTSD and trauma education and support, relapse prevention, family support and education programs, substance use interventions, drug and alcohol assessments, court-ordered evaluations, and employment re-entry programs focusing on job skills, resume preparation, and interview readiness.
