KAIROS

Kairos is a mental health services provider in Grants Pass, Oregon that has been serving youth, young adults, and families since 1977. The organization provides individualized mental health services focused on therapeutic intervention and creating teachable moments for change. They offer three main service areas: flexible outpatient programs that collaborate with families to create individualized treatment plans; foster care services for ages 4-17 through certified therapeutic foster homes and crisis respite services; and residential treatment homes for ages 17-24 that provide trauma-informed housing, mental health services, and community integration support. Kairos emphasizes a trauma-informed approach and operates with the belief that youth and families can overcome barriers and thrive. In 2025, they provided 145,245 hours of client care.
