Volunteers of America Massachusetts (VOAMASS) is a holistic, integrated behavioral health provider serving 3,400+ individuals annually across five residential programs with 100+ beds. The organization offers outpatient behavioral health, residential behavioral health, veteran services, re-entry and diversion programs, workforce development, and assisted living services. VOAMASS operates with a whole-person care model in which every person in clinical treatment has access to employment and housing services, and those receiving employment or housing services have access to clinical treatment, all coordinated by a cross-disciplinary care team.
