Journey Mental Health Center has been serving the community since 1948 with a mission to improve lives, preserve families, and enhance communities. The organization provides comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder services across multiple locations in Madison, Wisconsin. Services include adult behavioral health services, child and family mental health services, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) programs, culturally specific services through Clinica Latina and Ujima programs, crisis intervention including a 24/7 crisis line, mobile crisis intervention, crisis stabilization, and community support programs. The center serves over 9,200 clients annually and employs over 250 staff members. Group therapy
Group Therapy. A small facilitated circle where people working on similar struggles practice naming what is hard, hearing themselves in others, and learning skills together. The room is the medicine.
