What a first session looks like

Virtual & In-Person

For virtual urgent care without video, answer online questions off-camera with no appointment required and receive a response within 1 hour ($40 flat fee). For virtual urgent care with video, schedule a same-day appointment to talk with a provider on video chat within 1 hour ($55 or billable to insurance). In-person walk-in clinics welcome both appointments and walk-ins with extended hours available.

Evidence-based approaches

Cognitive behavioral therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Spots the thought-feeling-action loops that fuel urges, then rewires them with practical skills you take into the moment.

Couples/family therapy

Family Therapy. Brings the people closest to the recovery into the room. Less about blame, more about updating the patterns that fed the cycle so the home becomes part of the recovery.

Dialectical behavior therapy

Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Pairs acceptance with change. Especially useful when emotions feel too big to ride out without acting on them.

Group therapy

Group Therapy. A small facilitated circle where people working on similar struggles practice naming what is hard, hearing themselves in others, and learning skills together. The room is the medicine.

Individual psychotherapy

Individual Psychotherapy. One-to-one sessions with a licensed clinician. The standard-bearer of mental-health care; most evidence-based plans build around it.
