Access: Supports for Living is one of the largest human services providers in the Hudson Valley, serving more than 20,000 people each year. Founded in 1963, the organization and its affiliates (The Guidance Center of Westchester, Meaningful NY, and New York Families for Autistic Children) provide person-centered, trauma-informed services to children, adults, and families. They offer mental health and substance use treatment, intellectual and developmental disability services, housing and employment support, family and young adult services, and self-directed services. The organization supports individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges, living with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or navigating barriers such as housing instability, food insecurity, and unemployment.
