Janus Community Clinic

Janus of Santa Cruz is a full-service substance use disorder treatment center located in central California, founded in 1976 by physician Dr. Robert G. O'Brient. The facility serves over 2,500 clients and their families annually. Janus offers a comprehensive range of programs including detoxification, residential treatment, perinatal treatment for pregnant and post-partum women, medication-assisted opioid treatment, outpatient programs, drinking driver programs, counseling services, and sober housing. The organization operates the only residential program in Santa Cruz County for pregnant and post-partum women and their children. Janus is dedicated to providing supportive, hope-inspiring substance use disorder treatment in a professional and compassionate environment.
