Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham Counties (CMHA-CEI) is a public agency serving Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham Counties as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Demonstration Grantee.
