Iowa County Outpatient

Community & Family Resources (CFR) is a multi-site behavioral health organization serving Iowa with locations in Fort Dodge, Des Moines, Iowa City, Ames, Boone, and Webster City. The organization provides detoxification services, outpatient and residential substance use treatment, mental health services, problem gambling services, recovery housing, prevention and education services, and recovery support services. CFR's mission is to break barriers and build healthy futures by removing behavioral health stigma, supporting the recovery process, encouraging community connection, and empowering Iowans to thrive. Services are funded by the Iowa Department of Public Health and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. The agency offers same-day access and operates DUI/OWI courses at multiple locations throughout Iowa.
