Inside Out Wellness and Advocacy

Inside Out is a mental health service provider and coordinator for residents in the state of Iowa. The organization provides crisis stabilization services, mobile crisis response teams, and Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) co-responder programs that unite mental health professionals with first responders. Services are designed to offer immediate, supportive intervention during mental health crises as a compassionate alternative to hospitalization or incarceration. Mobile crisis response is available to residents of Audubon, Dallas, Guthrie, Marion, Lucas, Clarke, Decatur, Wayne and Ringgold counties. The CIT co-responder program serves Clive, Urbandale, Waukee, and West Des Moines. The organization emphasizes community, compassion, and reducing stigma while connecting individuals with ongoing supportive services.
