Inland Valley Recovery Services (IVRS) is a comprehensive substance abuse recovery and counseling organization founded in 1962 and headquartered in Upland, California. IVRS operates a continuum of care network with multiple facilities throughout San Bernardino County in Southern California. The organization serves approximately 4,000 individuals annually through detoxification, residential and outpatient treatment, aftercare, education, individual and group counseling, and prevention services. IVRS provides specialized services for adults with substance abuse issues, at-risk youth, families affected by chemical dependency, and pregnant and post-partum women. The organization is staffed by qualified administrators, counselors, therapists, and support staff, including bilingual English/Spanish personnel, who meet California Department of Health Care Services licensing and certification requirements. Recovery Centers operated by IVRS provide secondary prevention activities and peer support in drug and alcohol-free environments.
