Great to meet you

In Balance Behavioral Health is a family-owned continuum of care founded in the 1990s by Patrick and Betsy Barrasso, offering nearly three decades of experience in behavioral health. The organization serves adolescents, young adults, and adults through three main programs: Align, a residential treatment program for adolescent males in grades 9-12 located outside Tucson addressing mental health challenges, trauma, academic struggles, and substance use; Pivot, a structured aftercare and transitional living program for young men moving from primary treatment into independence; and Attune, outpatient care for adults and young adults navigating substance use, co-occurring disorders, stress, anxiety, and trauma. Their approach blends clinical excellence, relational support, and practical life skills to create lasting change.
